Dawn DeFord brings with her more than 30 years of knowledge, experience and perhaps best of all, enthusiasm and know-how for growing a practice. Outside of doctor, there is not a position in the office that she has not worked, having mastered most of them. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration and a minor in Marketing. She has taught treatment coordinating, clinical assisting, and head plate tracing at the college level. Her understanding of what is required in the area of financial systems and office management is inimitable.

     What Ms. DeFord brings to a practice is what is needed to make sure patients want to be there, and that they tell their friends. She has an innate talent for practice promotion, wherever she goes, practices grow. It takes more than skilled work to keep a practice thriving and Dawn excels at seeing what is required. Those who have worked with Ms. DeFord have learned the fine art of how to put their practice in the mouths of the community, through the many varied and interesting techniques she has developed over the years.
